Ben Robinson

Ben Robinson was born in Dillsboro, a rural town in southern Indiana (USA). He studied photography at Indiana University and received my BFA, along with a minor in Art History, in 2016. He currently lives and works in Bangkok, Thailand. He has had exhibitions in the United States and abroad. He previously joined Studio 88 as an artist-in-residence and has since returned for several exhibitions. In May 2026, he returns once again to present a new body of work, alongside leading a photography and darkroom workshop.

Hilcia Peña is an American, Architect and Artist with a Cuban/Mexican roots, who is currently based in Chiang Mai. Her multidisciplinary practice bridges architecture, design, and storytelling, creating immersive and meaningful experiences. Tatsuhiro Kurafuji

Tatsuhiro Kurafuji is a Japanese artist, Singapore-based, whose practice moves between myth, ecology, and material imagination, reviving local histories through an intimate dialogue with nature. Joining Studio 88 Artist Residency in April–May 2026 as part of Reviving Nature 2026, he brings a research-driven approach that listens closely to the land—its breath, memory, and unseen rhythms. Rooted in animism and shaped by years of observing how landscapes “desire” and transform, his proposed project in Doi Saket explores the translation of environmental sound into sculptural form, where voiceprints of nature become living, breathing objects.

Aziza François is a Brussels-based musician, composer, and vocalist working at the crossroads of sound, embodiment, and ecological awareness. Her artistic practice is informed by a mixed cultural heritage and a transnational life shaped by multiple relocations. In February 2026, she joins Studio 88 Artist Residency as an Artist-in-Residence as part of the Reviving Nature: Botanical Breath program, to further develop an immersive sound-based project exploring music, sensory experience, and collective listening.

Studio 88 Artist Residency is pleased to welcome Jordan Kendall Parks as an artist-in-residence. A visual artist, printmaker, and installation artist, Parks brings a deeply embodied, place-responsive practice shaped by years of working within coastal, rural, and public landscapes. Her work asks how environments move through us—how land, water, air, and human presence shape our bodies, rhythms, and sense of belonging. Greg Pritchard

Studio 88 is pleased to welcome Dr Greg Pritchard as an artist-in-residence: a deeply curious, multi-disciplinary contemporary artist whose practice moves fluidly across writing, visual art, performance, digital media, installation and conceptual work. Across decades of practice, Pritchard has consistently returned to one central concern: how humans see themselves in relation to the more-than-human world, and what damage is done when we imagine ourselves as exceptional. His residency takes place in February 2026 as part of the Reviving Nature programme.
