Millie Tyler

Millie Tyler, a multidisciplinary artist from the United Kingdom, will be participating in the Studio 88 “Summer Residency” programme in September 2026. She will spend 3 weeks in Doi Saket, exploring the natural surroundings of the town and working on her new installations.

Millie works with photography, installation, collage, and graphic language. The core question of her artistic work is the interaction between identity and nature. For example, in her project “Girls in Nature”, Millie explores feminine identity, memory, and fantasy in nature through prints. For her ongoing project “Altar series”, she creates temporary installations made of objects and images she has collected and created over many years. These “altar” compositions hold her personal experiences with spirituality, mental, and physical health.
