Clark Stoeckley is a Kuwait-based, American Multidisciplinary Artist and Educator whose practice uses art as a tool for social justice, working across photography, drawing, painting, performance, and public intervention. His work bridges socially engaged observation and meditative abstraction, exploring themes of resilience, vulnerability, and spirituality in contemporary life.  He joins Studio 88 as an Artist-in-Residence programme in January 2026.

Joanne Lauterjung

It is our pleasure to welcome back Joanne Lauterjung. She is a peacebuilder, musician, and interdisciplinary artist whose work sits at the intersection of sound, creativity, and social connection. With over two decades of experience, Joanne has developed a practice that uses music and artistic collaboration as tools for emotional well-being, resilience, and dialogue across cultures. She is based in Chiang Mai, where she works with individuals and communities through creative, participatory approaches.

Veronika Petuchova

Veronika Petuchova is a visual artist working across painting, drawing, and photography. She graduated from HKU Utrecht in the Netherlands in 2021 and subsequently established her studio practice in The Hague, where she also participated in and organised exhibitions. Since 2024, Veronika has been based in Prague, where her practice has taken on a slower, more intimate rhythm, focusing on smaller-scale works, including watercolours, sketches, and digital drawings.

Borjana Ventzislavova

Studio 88 Artist Residency is pleased to welcome filmmaker and multidisciplinary artist Borjana Ventzislavova, whose work moves between cultures, histories, and forms. Joining our residency in November–December 2025, she plans to explore connections between indigeneity, meditation, and everyday practices of awareness in Northern Thailand. During her residency, she will visit local communities, document lived experiences, and gather material for her new project The Ghost is Present. Borjana Ventzislavova’s residency is funded by Austrian Federal Ministry of Arts and Culture.

Emily Peters is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans sculpture, clothing and jewelry artisanship, sound, and sustainable design. With over 15 years of expertise in metal-working, textile design, fabric manipulation, printing and dyeing, and more than 25 years in vocal music and sound exploration, Peters embodies a rare synthesis of material craft and sonic artistry. Her artistic languages of fiber, sound, and adornment converge into a practice rooted in sustainability, ecological consciousness, and sensory immersion.
